It depends on the doctor, some will remove it while others will try to keep as much of it as possible. I looked up your previous posts and notice that you're having a problem near your frenulum (tight one?). Why don't you just skip circumcision for presently and ask the doctor to only remove the frenulum? I speak that because that surgery should be much cheaper, and recovery will be much easier (since it individual deals next to a small area compared to adjectives around the head/shaft with circumcision). Also, doing that will allow you to experience a foreskin minus that frenulum problem. If you don't like the result, you can other get the full circumcision anytime.. So consider it. You pretty much own nothing to lose by going that route. It's like taking gradual steps (because you can't reverse any of these surgeries...)
