Desperate help next to Osgoods Schlauters Disease (speeling?)...?


Okay, I'm a 16 year old manly, 6'3" 260 lb., football player. I've had knees pain back from it (and what might have be Tendanitis as a result), but it is really bad right very soon. Is there anything I can do besides rime it? Any answers or suggestions are welcome.


P.S.~ Two-a-day practices start subsequent week too so is there anything I could do for it while influential?

I am a integer skater and my partner has have a similar problem. I think that you should look into electric shock psychotherapy treatments. This is a machine that you hook up to your knees and can help near the pain.

I estimate you can also take some sort of anti-inflammatory. Such as Advil or ibuprofen. Also if the affliction is really bad you can jump to your doctor and maybe draw from a stronger pain slayer.
I know that when my partner had it the doctor said that skating would not manufacture the problem any worse. So hopefully it's the same near football and you can just grin and stripped the pain.
Also newly so you know this disease is caused from growing so nippy that your bones can't keep up and the ligaments that connect your bones achieve stretched. So it should go away beside time.

What is the record for staying awake?

Try spraying some WD-40 on twice a hours of daylight...

Ya man its a good belief to go to a doctor and draw from it checked. I had tendinitis in my knees, saw a doctor, sent me to a physical therapist, and fixed the problem. Icing it will oblige, but not solve the problem. If you want to try putting tiger balm on it, that stuff is awesome. You can buy it at cvs or Walgreen's, places like that.
