Arm is so sore?

2 days ago I fell on my arm in an akward way. When I fell on my arm at hand wasnt really any pain, but the daytime after and today my arm is extremely sore. I can barely move it and the complete back of my arm hurts when touched or moved within a certain direction, it also feel weak someitmes. What is wrong next to my arm?

Could be out of place. I would see a chiropractor or be in motion to the Dr. and have it x-rayed. I fell on my shoulder the other sunshine and it was sore as h**l. I go to chiropractor and had it in tune. Helped a lot.
