Whats the best agency to tone the upper body excluding the arms?


I want to gain a little more upper body definition lacking gaining bulkly muscles or have big cuts. If you recommend a certain exercise please include reps and frequency I should do it during the week.

Your arms enjoy to be included. You can't lift minus your arms. Bench press 3x15. flyes 3x15. upright rows 3x15.

Push ups work seriously of the upper body muscles. If you have access to a gym, you could try using machines resembling the "overhead press," "chest press" and a rowing machine. They tend to work a couple of the upper body muscles as a group. Since you're individual looking to define them for a moment more, I'd suggest either of the following:

15 reps for 2 sets,
12 reps for 3 sets.

For your push ups, I'd stir maybe 15 reps for 3 sets rather, or 10-12 reps for 4-5 sets if thats more comfortable. Just make sure you're comfortable next to the workout and you aren't overly straining yourself to finish the sets. If you have that problem, try lowering the counterbalance or lowering the reps. Either is ok, as long as you're comfortable.

pushup my friend. Everyone other asks me how i got my chest, they have a sneaking suspicion that that i pumped pure iron. But all I did be pushups.
I started by doing 3 sets of around 30-35. I kept adding more and more pushups to respectively set and now i can do 3 sets of possibly 55-60. I would usually do this 3 times a week, sometimes i would just progress for a maximum amount of pushups at one time, one set. which right now is roughly speaking 65-70. There are so many kind of pushups you can do, look into it. Be sure to push yourself when your reaching your limit. Its the closing 2-3 pushups that count so dont go soft on them. This defined my chest, increased the size but nought huge.
