GYM for 14 year weak?
Hi, i am 14, 15 in 3 months... and i go to the GYM today and found it quiet tiring distinctly as it was my first time , did some weights etc and have a good workout.
How tons times per week would be suitable?

firstly, its not apt to use gym at this age. u r growin and ur body needs adjectives the nutritons it can get. immensity training hampers the growth.
but if u aspiration to continue, thts fine. only just keep 1-2 days contained by between ur workouts. do atleast TWO sets of everything u use.
If i were u, i will do solidity training, 1 day per week. and other days, i would swim, run and play basketbal and otha sports.
