Going To Gym?
Hi, i am 14, 15 in 3 months... and i went to the GYM today and found it subdued tiring obviously as it be my first time , did some weights etc and had a flawless workout.
How many times per week would apply?

Depends on your goal (such as do you want to build muscle? Or do you want to lose immensity?). But it is good to start stale at 3 times per week, and then set a purpose for about 5 times per week, and don't do impossible to tell apart thing respectively time you are there. YOu necessitate to change what you do.
