Ok, I am 23 and I have other had this problem nouns shaving- my chin! I don't know what to do, it always get all cut up and it's never smooth, other stubbly. I use upstrokes, what ami doing wrong?

I use an electric cut-throat. I highly recomend a moral one not a chep one at eighty dollars or more. I despised shaving with a blade and wouldn't use anything but an elec blade now.

I always downstroke over my chin. It get a cleaner shave and you have much less adjectives. Just try that and see if it works better. Maybe you are not using a good cut-throat for your skin. Do not use cheapo disposables...use electric or high trait "disposables" that have changing heads. I use mach 3 turbo xtreme and it is awesome...use a skin smoother also approaching shave secret shaving grease...that will help out more than you know and it is cheap!!

i other use down strokes and just produce your chin puff up and bulge it'll make it heca easier to shave at hand like suck contained by your bottom lip and just start. be doing it for ever and never failed me as that i remember.
