how do i lose fat around my thighs and abdominals i move about to weightliftin 4 times a week for football but its not really helping all im doing is gainning muscule (hich im not complaing about) but not losing any fat what should i do to lose it?

I am sure you are doing some type of conditioning probably sprints but try a lower impact conditioning like a power pace or anything for 20-30 minutes to deep your heart rate115-130 it is proven that you will burn more cooking oil that way you are not strengthen your cardiorespiratory system but your objective is to burn fat. Try look at a treadmill and the heart rate chart they usually enjoy on them.

Best exercises are running and Cycling for longer than 20 minutes per day (but not to the point of exhaustion). Not singular are these two exercises good for your heart but they burn obese as well as build serenity.A good Massage place within NY where the feminine masseues are hot!!?
higher reps 12-15 burn more fatdo cardio after excercising the bodyparts you want to lose stout in.the excercising will free flab cells up they will be more readily burned during cardio(treadmill, bike, elliptical)
