12 is not too late, some even start puberty when they are 15 or 16, contained by my opinion 12 is more or less the average age one starts going through puberty.

Your voice changes throughout puberty, but my voice stopped cracking after more or less a few months, but I usually always judge my voice is different every year because it gradually change it is hardly noticeable

A growth spurt is when you grow a significant amount in a short period of time, usually a few weeks or months, the individual way to know if you hold had a growth spurt is simply after it happens, because you do not consistency it, you can only see it within the results of your growth in increase.

12 isn't slow. Voice cracks stop when your voice is done changing. A growth spurt is harder to predict, individually my feet grew beforehand anything else, so when I needed a new double act of shoes I could tell I be gonna get taller.

That is definitely not belatedly. I am thirteen and started puberty only roughly speaking 4 or 5 months ago. In fact, abundantly of my friends my age haven't even started puberty. (I can tell). You're pretty normal, don't verbs.

and about the voice, some 30's men, sometimes enjoy cracking voice, so its not connected to puberty. though sometimes yes, because its already the tradition.
