Testicular cancer?

im 15 years old. my gone testicle doesnt seem to be aware of as much pain as my right. wen i slap them (and i dont tap them strong jus enuf to feel a lil pain) it requires a bit harder of a stroke it seems to be aware of pain contained by my left testicle. i also sometimes procure a pain (usually evry few month) within my testicle and wen i get the backache the testicular vein get larger. the pain is not severe...i would read aloud bout mild-moderate. there are no lumps that im aware of. idk if the testicle is neccesarily unyielding or not cuz im nto sure how hard a testicle is supposed to consistency. anyway if u hav any idea wat this mite be after plzz help me out here.
