Unusual tip?

I have some strange bumps on the tip of my penis. Their not similar to warts or anything and their also a different colour from the penis. There is also smaller things approaching these on the foreskin. I'm on anti-biotics, Ibuprofen and Paracetamol at the moment and I'm wondering if anyone knows if these could be cause it.

If you've had sex not long (in like the end month or so) they could be some kind of STD. If not, they're probably one of two things, both of which are usual and not to be concerned about.

The bumps on the glans (penis head) could be something call pearly penile papules (link 1), and the bumps on the foreskin (and probably on other parts of the shaft) might be Fordyce's spots (link 2). Again, both of these things are normal and sometimes come and shift away on their own.

If what you have doesn't appear to be any of those things, you should see a doctor ASAP.
