What does it expect if i get dizzy/light-headed after doing a physical commotion?
Sometimes right after i run i get rather dizzy/light-headed. what does that mean and how should i prevent it from going on? i'm 14

There are so many things that one individual probably can't even name. Most adjectives that I have see is from dehydration. Make sure you drink a lot of hose and stay hydrated. The heat slickly causes dehydration and get you light head. You can't mess with the sun. Also it could be your diet.
