For those people who mull over this is a racist question, SHUT UP. Most black men capture skin irritation from shaving because of the kinky nature of black hackle. Black hair have more kinks because it have more hydrogen bonds. This causes black fleece to grow in a helical shape (like a slinky). My kindness is sometimes it curls into itself and causes the unyielding bumps that have no pus surrounded by them. The ones with pus are infections.

This is NOT a racist question! Black men do hold a problem with blade bumps because they tend to have course, curly fuzz. As the shaved hair grows final, it curls into the skin instead of coming straight out of the follicle.

I don’t know if "most" black men gain skin irritation after shaving, however, my black friend told me that he gets ingrown spine and/or skin irritation because his beard is naturally exceedingly curly. So he does not use blade instead he use electric shaver so it does not shave too close to the skin.
