Any physical excercise plan to look more muscular?


im skinny. im soooo skinny, it makes me look sick. i can lone do about 10 pushups continuously, and can singular do about 2 verbs ups. I can run a mile easily, but i dont know; im of late weak overall. SO! can someone make available me a physical activity course/plan so that i can capture back contained by shape? i dont have any access to machines ( i enjoy 10 to 15 pounds of dumbells), but i will do things like pushups, running, swimming, etc that doesnt involve using machines. I a moment ago want to look normal, not buff. Thank you contained by advance

i dunno if masturbating would help, but at this point it seem that ure goal is to gain cargo. With the dumbells you could do things like bicep curls and work ure shoulders and triceps, but after a short while 10 and 15 lbs wont cut it. Certainly push ups will backing, but ure calorie intake needs to increase a moment or two, because you cannot build muscle if ure body has nought to build with. You may want to consider taking protein supplements as in good health. They speed ure metabolism and builds muscle reasonably at the double. But if you really wanna build muscle u need machines.

to look muscular YOU NEED TO LIFT AND LIFT ALOT at smallest three times a day. enrol a school sport specifically heavy on counterbalance lifting or try to pick up a mesn health lifting book its approaching 30 bucks. and you need to own a gym at your disposal
