It is impossible to tell you hold masturbated by doing a blood test. In certainty the only track they may be able to make clear to if you have masturbated is if you did it so much and cause blisters on your penis. I'm sure they wont check this when taking a blood sample (and who would want to do it till they get blisters anyway)
