Diet/exercise guidance?


first off i am a 18 year prehistoric male who is 5-10 and 175lbs... i want to capture down to 165 to look a little more toned, get to get rid of the beer belly

all right i started my workout last week and i am riding my bike 12-15 mile a hours of daylight and eating better meal. i have broken my breakfast time in to 5-6, 300-350 calorie meal a day give or take a few 3 hours apart. The meals are low sugar, illustrious protein, like fish, chicken, and beef. zilch fried and i no longer drink sugar drinks. i drink 100 ounces of water a year, i just looked-for to know if this was a apposite way to lose ten pounds surrounded by one month?

and also i have be stealing my moms weight watchers for some of my meal, are those okay, most have around 300 calories and 20-25 grams of protien and close to 2-6 grams of sugar, will those be okay to diet with or do i entail to stop eating those? please if anyone can believe of anything else to help me realize my goal tender me some advise

your cardio and diet sound really appropriate but you have to tag on some weight workouts to boost you metabolism - do adjectives the "ups" if you don't want to lift weights (push ups, sit ups, chin ups) - I'm glad your drinking the 100 ounces of hose, it's great for your body - good luck
