A lump on right testicle?

alright, so recently i notice that there is a pea sized lump on the top of my right testicle. it's soft, and it's movable but still attatched. it isn't that sore and i can scarcely feel it (only once surrounded by a while when i'm lying down). everything else is alright, what can it be and any advice or information on this?
