I've seen other topics on this but im 14 and enjoy big man boobs, how do i lose them? I dont think cosmetic surguery will be suitable for a 14 yr old. =]

hey dude i know EXACTLY how u quality..i was where on earth u were at, lookin for answers how to loose the manboobs...and off-colour tell you, you cant purely lose your man boobs ALONE, u gotta lose fat adjectives over ur body...i used to be over weight i know how u grain..u say ur gunna stay commited later the next light of day u eat a brownie. its sturdy but u gotta stay comitted or ur never gunna see results.

CARDIO. i dont know you so i dont know how busy you are or anything, but everyday TRY to get within 30 minutes of running. since your over weight its going to be rock-hard to pull rotten 30 minutes of running. so i want you to start at 4 minutes and every day slap on another 2 minutes.

every morning, rather after breakfast, try to preform some pushups..not half assed, try to do an actual pushup. if u fall short, hey, try again at night. i promise you if u stick to this plan u will start to do 3 or even 5 pushups inwardly a month. trust me i was surrounded by ur position at one point. and now im working out and starting boxing.
