I held my testicles a few days ago and i noticed that i feel like in that was something else approaching a third one right at the end of right (larger) testicle. Is in that something wrong? please help.

Does it consistency like another 'bubble'? Or does it feel close to something thin ? It could just be the item that attaches to the testical that's down there. This sounds objectionable, but when your scrotum is 'tight' * feel down at hand and see if it feels impossible to tell apart.
