I am not a guy but I am a medical professional. It probably is hormonal(puberty) but if it persists or worsens see your doctor asap. In the meantime, pocket Ibuprofen (Motrin) as directed for the pain.

omg, I thought I be the only one. When I be in 6th echelon, under my nipples hurt, almost similar to a bone was growing underneath and they hurt so bleak. In Music class this kid punched me and I fell to my knees they hurt so bad. Nobody believed and I thought it be just because I be a little chubby I be growing boobs or something.
