Upper back/neck pains from lifting weights?
I have be lifting weights for around six months now. I am a 16 year infirm male, 5'8 and 140 lbs. I enjoy been experiencing EXTREME upper rear legs pains. One of the bones/disks on my spine hurts to the touch and I am getting a cramp-like feeling within the muscles on my back. This twinge has be going on for about a month, and I stopped lifting for a while and it go away. I started again and it hurts like hell. I do NOT want to stop lifting weights because I am taking creatine and I don't want to "deflate." Someone please dispense me some suggestions.

I can get that you don't want to stop lifting weights, but you may have to for a while, at smallest until your pain go away. 'No pain no gain' is a awful slogan, and a myth that people own had for years. Pain is an indicator that something is wrong, and you could possibly be cause permenant damage.
I would suggest going to a Chiropractor, as this is pretty much spot on what they are used to dealing beside. If your not comfortable with a Chiropractor try an Osteopath or after a GP. Remember you want to treat the cause of the aching, not just lift pain killer to mask the throbbing, but i would seriously get treatment so that you can preserve on lifting.
