Anyone suggest a upright workout plan?
Looking to start a plan that would only require around an hour a day that would tone me up a short time.

Stick to your healthy consumption plan like a trooper. Do NOT diet, they do not work. Do not starve yourself, it is death-defying and screws your metabolism.

You requirement to try supplement your diet with something to be precise going to clean out your system at equal time that you are doing the excercise.

Alternate days of aerobics with shipment training. You will build muscles that will burn more calories, even when at rest!
