I take a kickboxing class and we do over 300 crunches respectively session. We do them repetatively, however, sometimes i cant do them that fast and i filch a break. If you feel you requirement the break then categorically take it. Listen to your body, if its tight definitely stop. If its a burning later thats a good entity. u mean to right to be heard u do it non stop? fr the time u wake to the time u sleep? if tts the defence, u better rest.. body rest so it can repair n refill adjectives the needs..3 sets of 50 is close to extreme, but im sure your body can handle it! but this is my experienced suggestion! to see and get optimum results, other rest at least 48 hours between your workout sessions...this time give the muscles time to heal...Everytime you work your muscles, the fibers crack, and heal...thus giving the bulge look. but if you work the muscles during the restorative period, it will raison d`¨ētre pain down the flash, and most likely do you to tear the muscle...I know this from experience! i tore a muscle surrounded by my abdomen from power crunches near weights and such...i didnt wait for the muscles to restore to health...so again, wait 48 hours between your work out sessions...i.e do the 3 sets of 50, afterwards wait 48 hours and do another 3 sets! simple and painless! in my judgment anyways!
good luck!
