How do i increase my bench press?


Im 15, 5'8, i just started working similar to 2 weeks ago and im not very honourable at the bench press. My current max is 120 and i would like to know if anybody have tips on increasing it. I also take whey protein and I be wondering if anybody knew when the best time be to drink it and how many scoop.

To increase your bench the one of the best things you can do is work the other muscles that effect the press. You should try building up your triceps (the posterior of your arm) with kickback and cable pushdowns, and you should work your shoulders and trapesius with shrugs and front shoulder raise.

As for whey, the best time to take whey is urgently after you workout because that's when protein synthesis occurs, unsophisticatedly your muscles are torn down and your body has to generate a quick ruling of whether or not it has the resources to build your muscles bigger or build them the same because at hand aren't enough resources.
