i'm trying to loose fat while building up my muscels at impossible to tell apart time. My stomach feels a bit harder immediately...100 situps a day...50 within the morning 50 at night. i'm also doing cardio for give or take a few 20 to 30 minutes a day...and a bit of weights...followed by 40 push ups a light of day. can it be that i'm gradually loosing to podginess...but gaining solidity because i'm gaining more muscel? so contained by other words...is it possible for someone to be heavier but less podginess than after the fitness program? help! i'm getting hold of weight and i don't enjoy much confidence!
