i am 15 yr old manly and 5 foot 1 and weight 10 st 3 and decide to change my appearance for after i return to conservatory from summer holidays. i want to get rid of the tummy and the fundamental fat that is to say not meant to be on my body.right presently i am only doing 30 minutes of cardio on my lateral stepper and just about 7.00pm i do weight training for 45 minutes everyday. i do 3 restrained sets to warm up and 3 unhealthy sets 8-10 reps and 30 sit-ups. the only protein i go and get is milk mixed with nesquik powder and 2 boiled eggs contained by the morning without the yoak . i lone eat 1500 calories a daylight the main type of body shape i want to carry is not built but slim and main muscle biceps and abs etc. if in that is any advice you can bequeath me please do thanx!

running at least possible 3 kms daily ( precipitate the morning)-burning fat
raise light weights just with max reps around 25 respectively set,and select weight accordingly------burning rotund,good figure
increase protein intake,not fat-----good fig
beforehand going to bed-take a bowl and put one hand full of soybean pulse and hose and eat rash in the morning as breakfast along next to milk....the taste of soybean is not righteous but u have to do this.....correct source of protein
A protien drink would aid that builds muscle.. It has more vitamins and other muscle building additives to acquire that look you want... It will burn fat and build muscle where on earth you want it..Check with your local vigour food store and they should have what you obligation.. Good luck...
