my sleep pattern is messed up i get to sleep at 8 am and wake up at 6 pm after continues i am never itired at night b/c my boy have adjusted to this rota this happens every summer and i dont know what to do aid! this questioon is for a man not me

Do something that really make you tired before dark then turn to sleep. Propably excercising and that should help you to crash asleep at the right time.hey uhm i did that all the time! i am actually doing it right immediately. lol. i used to do it everyday for a week!..uhm stay up as long as you can! so dont sleep! like let say i sleep at 8am and rouse up at 6pm. Stay up until about 9pm the subsequent day! im serious when u really win tired and have to lay down dont or you will mess it up again! jump to the mall dance shopping hang near friends drink caffeine shower! anything to keep you up!...or if u cant lurk till 9pm sleep at 7 you will most likely stir up around 8am the next afternoon.
