ok...im 13 years old, a boy. only just i deiscovered in my right nipple, inside of it theres a bump in it, almost approaching a pimple inside it that i cant see, but its not there on the other one. i dont really wanna ask my parents basis its kind of embarrasing.

Go to a doctor ASAP, near's nothing mortifying about a nipple on a boy. It's more critical to find what's behind the nipple and that could be a few things, including cancer.
I don't want to frighten you, but it is imperative to get to the bottom of it. And if it is zilch, then count your blessings.

You NEED to tell your mom or dad, for adjectives you know, that could be cancer. Seriously, I don't mean to startle you, but it's reality and I'm a realist. Just step to your mom or dad, which ever you are more comfortable talking beside, and tell them that you found a bump on your nipple and would resembling to have it checked out. If you really want to, you can skulk a day or two and see if it go away, it could be one of those under the skin pimples that be in motion away after a little while, but if the bump doesn't hurt, that isn't the covering. I am 16 and I know what it's like to be disconcerted. I live with my dad and I have to go to him to ask for birth control and condoms, so, you deduce your case is degrading. I advise getting it checked out. If adjectives else fails, you can computer-generated being REALLY sick, and when you carry in the doctors bureau tell him the definite reason that you are at hand.
