How do you go and get rid of red bumps?

I'm a guy and i was shving and sometimes i find them sometimes i dont i was only wondering a way i could shave down underneath that wouldnt give me bumps (i use an electric razor)

Step 1: stop shaving until bumps disappear. Step 2: shave in the shower next to a blade razor. Step 3: if bumps return, try using a moisturizing shaving cream. Avoid aftershave or other lotions...your girl may catch sight of a bitter taste and won't want to run down on you anymore. If all else fail, just save it closely trimmed as opposed to shaved.
