im currently in the gym working past its sell-by date 1600 calories a day to try and lose wright and it basically isnt working. i eat a sensible breakfast dinner and tea and the shipment just isnt shifting. any accepted wisdom?

if your body knows that you are going to be burning rotten all that get-up-and-go it will store the fat immediatly .. try to cut down your food intake a bit bit and work out less.. your body will come up with it is only burning a short time bit and then you should shock it again .. by upping the excersice again.. the switch to weeight loss is change ..

Burning 1,600 calories a afternoon is rediculous, you must be really obsessed.Eat suspended meals, exercise regularly (and I feel the amount you are doing is actually overkill - even when I weigh a hell of a lot I could singular burn 1,000 calories in a gym visit) and if you are overweight, it should eat up, unless you have a medical basis to not lose weight, within which case you should see a doctor.
That's a hell of like mad of calories to be burning in one day, my friend! Thats in the order of 3/4's of your daily recommended allowance. Are you sure thats right? You also didn't mention how long you've be training for.

Another reason could be that you are not consumption enough individual meal. I've been training in the gym myself for times past 5 weeks and I've lost 10 lbs. I have 6 sensible meal a day. This diet be given to me by my gym instructer. If you eat 5 or 6 times a afternoon your body will have to work harder to digest and metabolise (turn food into energy) this constant flow of food. If you include regular exercise at least 3 days a week consequently you should have no problem. Your body will guide itself to be more efficient contained by digestion and metabolism. People can and do lose weight near this method.
Are you also lifting weights? Some people who hoist weights notice an increase in counterweight and presume its fat when within fact its muscle.
