I'm 5'11 male and 193 pounds. I want to lose 40-45 pounds by the shutting down of december. How much should I eat. I do not own much time in the hours of daylight to eat multiple meal. Please do not recommend this. How long should I do cardio. I plan to work on the eliptical or treadmill 5 days per week. Is my goal authentic?
