Is Sex the ONLY method a male can seize a yeast infection??

I got a Yeast Infection...from my boyfriend. i be telling muh friend give or take a few it and she said males can only attain them from having sex next to a woman with a yeast infection. Is this true? Because I did not hold it first :(

I've never heard of a circumsized mannish getting a yeast
infection. Thats one of the benefits. Uncircumsized men can
get an infection but not quite as slickly as a woman can. Its
not an STD. Its like any other infection.
