Big guy looking to build muscle quickly?


hello im looking to build muscle fast i currently weigh contained by at 269lbs but last year around this time i be weighing contained by at 342lbs and now that i lost adjectives this weight my arms look close to twigs and have no muscle i use to own huge muscular cabs but they also seem to shrank down to size im planing on going backbone to school within September and would like to enjoy some nice sized arms and biceps. any help will be greatly appreciated.

how to build a substantial shoulders?

If you have acces to weightlifting equipment consequently work a different muscle every day, approaching monday biceps tuesday chest and so on.also drink protien and maybe even glutamine OR creatine.

anal aroma act like an aphrodisiac for me .is it everyday?

eat lots of protein (try eating your body weightiness in grams of protein), workout every morning for a couple hours, and maybe...MAYBE give somebody a lift some creatine. for the protien, your body probably cant take more than 50-70 grams of protein at once. so instead of intake all 300 grams of protein in one sitting, devour 40 grams of protein 7-8 times a day.

workout 5 days a week, and work till breakdown. meaning, if you KNOW you can bench 225 ten times, next do 230 ten times. if you can do that, then do 235 ten times. when you do a weightiness you cant do all ten times, bump posterior down. so you cant do 235, then budge back down to 230 and do reps of 10 until you cant do adjectives ten. then do 225, and do reps of ten until washout. do that until your muscles feel so exhausted that you can almost not do your 10 rep 5 times.

one day of the week, work bench (all 3) and triceps, subsequent day do cardio and abs, subsequent day do verbs ups/lat pull downs and biceps, subsequent day do cardio and abs again, subsequent day do squats and calf raise. and take the weekends past its sell-by date, or to do random muscles, close to deltiods, forearm, and inner legs.

if you work till failure for everything, consequently no doubt you will win huge.

** btw.unless you are like 8 ft towering, i really don't think someone who weigh in at 270 can enjoy arms like twigs.

Can a solely L-Arginine supplement pill be substituted for expensive Nitric Oxide transducers?

yes, a big guy have a good "base" for building muscle in some extent.
