Alright i am 5 feet 10 inches towering and weigh right at 175lbs. i know that this is a perfectly fine body wieght to be at but i would resembling to cut back down to 165lbs so i can see more muscle tone. i hold a beer belly which is from beer im sure, and i have man boobs. i start college within one month and i want to look my best. I have have good sucess near running in the past i used to counterweight 190 lbs but though diet and ecxersise i am down to my current wieght of 175lbs. what do i do i am very involved all light of day long with mowing yard and working on a ranch, and by the downfall of the day i hold no energy disappeared to run or lift wieghts. Will running 2 miles everyday, followed by a 100 set of push ups catch the job doen contained by a month? i have alreay vut out cokes and sugar drinkd out of my diet, i fugure i can collect 500 calories a day by doing that, and i do not put away after 7 at night. please put in the picture me if my plan for work outs will work and if not report me what to do. 10 pounds in one month is possible right.

some tips for running - instead of doing purely endurance running, mix it up beside sprints. that will keep your heart rate irregular, and will increase your metabolism. so instead of doing 2 miles of jog, do maybe a mile of jog and 10 - 100 yard sprints beside 30 seconds of rest surrounded by between.
to keep your metabolism stable throughout the daylight, make surrounded by many small meal instead of eating the big 3. try to chomp through every 2-3 hours, and eat roughly speaking 300-500 calories each feast. and try to eat in shape, lean foods. no mcdonalds or taco bell. eat stuff similar to potatoes, yams, chicken, and fish. if your body keeps taking in food, next it will not store any of it as fat.
also, you can put away after 7 at night, a short time ago make sure you dont chomp through CARBS. even ryan reynods (who got down to 3% bodyfat for blade 3) ate after 8pm. he simply made sure anything he ate was carb-free. also, try ingestion most of your carbs before working out, instead of after.
