You're not going to lose them beside push-ups. If anything, they're going to be more noticeable and bigger. The simply way you're going to lose them is beside cardio. Walking, swimming, running, etc for maybe 45 minutes atleast 4 times a week.

That's the single thing that burns flab.

Unless, of course, what you enjoy is breast tissue. In that case you should acquire some surgery. But it sounds like your rather overweight so you can probably lose it with cardio. Good luck!

Check next to a professional if you're not sure, but I think you should be getting more than the minimum, which is partially a gram of protein per pound of body weight. That's a whopping 120 grams for you! You should pocket a look at your diet and run it by a person qualified to give a hand you. Pushups won't fix what a bad diet created.

You should do bench press, dumbbell flyes, butterfly or pec dec machine, and other chest exercises. Also you own to REDUCE your weight. Go on a diet and indulge in a sport which can oblige you reduce your cargo. At your current height, you should weigh around 175 to 185 pounds. You are overweight by 55 pounds. Ask a vigour or fitness instructor about it. There is a proper mode and wrong way to diet, so think twice.

Hey for you guys trying to lose them, I currently have indistinguishable problem but have researched this stuff for months immediately. I'm 17 and 180Lbs but still have them and am still pretty big for my mass. By the other answers that say cardio is the best, its completely true, the ending four months I have gone down from 196 to 180 from purely doing cardio. Two months of High school Tennis, and during the summer I a short time ago either ride my bike tool for forty minutes each morning or dark, or go on a one mile run if the biking starts to bore me. Another piece is, don't over work the cardio exercise. Have one or two days in the week where on earth you take your running bridle path, and make it a put your foot instead. This way your not hurting your body from over exercising, but you're getting in some flawless cardio for the day. Personally my favorite road to exercise is to have something to occupy my mind instead of thinking of running breathing heavily or how badly I'm sweating. If your running or walking, bring along an Ipod or an MP3 player, If your on a stationary bike electrical device do the same, or my personal favorite, hook up a tv and monitor dvds or play xbox or a gaming system while maintaining your purpose speed on the bike machine. This help time seem jump faster and also doesn't discourage you from giving up on exercising. Another tip is drink TONS of water, only just take your current weightiness and divide it in partly. The number that you get should be the amount of ounces of marine you should drink each time. Water helps flush out fat which is the big plus to it. Even though I have be doing cardio, I still cannot seem to lose my "man boobs".
