i am 15 years old, i am a mannish and i am not circumsized
i only enjoy 1 drop of sperm and it doesn't squirt out , it doesn't even dribble out its so little it stays on top !!! is that normal?? how long should i continue before consulting some one?? could that even acquire a woman pregnant considering it doesn't even dribble out ?????

It might not be anything - but it might be a condition called "retrograde ejaculation", within which the ejaculate flows into the bladder rather than out the urethera. Nothing to be worried roughly though -even if it is retrograde ejaculation, it isn't harmful -- individual a (resolvable) hinderance to insemination.
Mention it to your Doctor next time you see him. It's graceful to test for (sperm within your urine).
