OK... im like solely 16 and my hands constantly shake.. and i dont simply mean once and a while but adjectives the time.. my gf, hates it.. and whats me to stop but i cant.. if i clutch ahold of something.. say her appendage.. then the shaking will stop but if i hold it up on high.. it just shakes really unpromising.. can someone help me.. any suggestions on what i can do to build it go away.. exact i HATE it..
