DOING THE DOUBLE SPLIT

"Double split" refers to a type of training routine that has pretty much gone the agency of baggy posing trunks and kettle bells. Specifically, a double-split routine is one where the body is split into several groups, each to be trained in separate workouts, near two workouts performed respectively day (usually one within the morning and one in the evening)--amounting to double the training performed surrounded by a normal split routine. Arnold preferred a two-day split, going six days on and sooner or later off, which manner he trained his whole body in two consecutive days, three times per week. That schedule is presented here.

Considering the time and dynamism investment required for such a program, it's little wonder that the double split is such a rarity these days. But if you should own the urge to try this act of masochism, you might merely find yourself starting to develop a physique reminiscent of Denny Gable, Franco Columbu or Robby Robinson, or maybe even that of Arnold himself.
