NO you are not exxatly right. For muscle hyperthophy.ie mass gain..the ideal rep band is between 8 to 12 reps. That means that the 12th rep is the one afterwhich you freshly cannot lift no more. That is bringing your muscle to dead loss.

Also your biceps and triceps are only something like 10% of the total muscles in your body. I see no use why you should need to do more than 2 to 3 excercises respectively for the tri and biceps. Stick with 3 exercises at most respectively consisting about 4 to 5 sets. Stick to the array of 8 to 12 reps per set. That should see you pretty decent resullts if you do the excercises correctly and get through right...also do not expect instant results..it takes time for your body to grow...judge yourself overtime ...like every 3 weeks..angelic luck
