Impotency create by Aerobic exercise.?
I recently experienced 5-6 months of sustained erectile dysfunction & complete paucity of sexual desire. I went to the doctor & my testosterone & LH level are fine ( 650 parts test. )
Examining what have changed in my existence, I could only devise of my exercise level ( Started aerobic exercise 3-4 times a week final year )
I stopped exercising aerobically, & my 'normal function' returned in a few weeks.
I then exercised again, & found I lost function again. for a interval of days after I exercise aerobically, my scrotum takes a much smaller flacid state ( approaching when your in cold dampen ) & I lose most or all sexual desire.
I'm 23 years ripened & in moral health, 6'0 175 pounds, workout regularly ( weights ) ,hold never taken steroids, & consume 4-5 cups of coffee a day.
This doesn't give the impression of being normal & I'm desperate for answers, anyone next to an education or experience near this who could provide some insight, I'd be happy to hear from.

I don't presume exercise is going to negatively affect you in that way. It is probably an increase in stress.any guidance for maintaining virility short using viagra and other such perscriptions?

This seem weird typically exercise causes an increase in drive. Your coffee consumption is elevated, this can cause anxiety, I don`t know this is the problem. You should consult a doctor. I hope everything works out.More Questions & Answers...
