Black spot on the pink skin on the penis.How 2 cure? is it problem in sex.?

I saw in some movies that ladies suck the penis. But on my penis in place of pink color it started with small black spot and immediately after 2 years it is covered with almost 75% of the pink skin near this black color. How can I treat it.
Please some body give me some guidance. Now I M 24.
