It's always moral to be fit but it won't make you grow faster, your body will grow at its own speed. It depends on your inheritance, how tall your parents are or other ancestral members. Boys repeatedly have a growth spurt surrounded by their teens, so try to be patient.

Genetics play a big role in how soaring your going to be. I doubt being fit will in actual fact affect your growth but it dosent hurt to be fit. i naturaly grew to 5.9 when i was 18
i took hormone injections from a guy i know to gain an inch
i also did stretching exersices to gain another inch
most people vote the stretching exersices dont work cuz they give up too hasty or they never even tried
the problem is if u stop doing them ull lose the inch over time that u gained from doing them
also ur an inch taller if you sleep on your pay for instead of your stomach or side
