I involve help near starting a diet?
I'm 17 years old and i weigh more or less 230 pounds. I've tried the slim fast diet roughly 3 times and i couldn't keep up beside exercising. When i ask my friends how much they think i weigh, they read aloud about 160 pounds (and no, not to form me feel good).The origin i want to diet again is because a while back i be watching this guy on Oprah who said every 30 pounds you lose is 1 inch of penis length. my penis is 6 inches now and if i lost 90 pounds it would be around 9 inches.
I don't perceive comfortable going outside and jogging or something and I've gotten too thickset to ride my bike.
Is there anything around the house i can do for exercise close to jogging within place or sit ups that would count as the '30 minutes of exercise'? If i find a good passageway ill start tomorrow.

try starting beside just beef and salad as much as you can put away for 3 days vinegar and oil for dressing and at lowest possible 6to 8 glass of hose down then i will detail you the next step donot get through anything else for those three days and take a multivitamin you will lose after you are ready Steak or vastly lean hamburger

COUNT CALORIES! My husband weigh 360 plus, and is now down to 314! He have tried lots of diets, but the one that works is to count everything you put into your mouth! R is on 1300 calories, but you need to see your doctor for the amount you should drink. R has a big rubber bubble that he does stretches and sit ups with, ask your doctor more or less one. He doesn`t jog or do unwieldy exercise, because of a terrible injury, but nearby are a lot of exercises you can do while watching TV if you want. Again, ask your doctor give or take a few them. Rope jumping is a appropriate one.at what age will a man losse his sex drive?
Walk. Seriously. And eat angelic, healthy food within moderation (lean meats, green veggies, stuff resembling that). Walk for a few miles at least every light of day. When you get down to a comfortable freight, start jogging, doing busy sports, maybe buy a treadmill or take a membership for any gym you hold around. I lost a good 10 pounds of curvy in a few months in recent times by walking and eating biddable. That's the best answer I have.to be honest , psyche try and get into something resembling football , or boxing or sumthing , because when u work out by your self , when u get tired u simply stop , but when you have approaching a coach or instructer your forced to be pushed beyond wut you though your limitations were , also try and stay at more or less 1000 calories a day if u can . u can aford for a moment bit more if your working out hard . sum stuff i wud suggest is chicken turkey , and sliced turkey , and wut not . u wanna be ingestion white meat , and pick out 1 day a week for a treat to own sum steak or roast beef , or sumthing like that . end but not least ego try and drink a glass of hose b4 each time u get through , or u can use milk , but 2 % is the most u want for it . ne way hope this help

I don't indicate to crush your hope, but you're not going to end up beside a 9 inch penis, even if you do lose that much weight -- and that's a ridiculous sense to lose weight. Also, I'm sorry, but in attendance's no way you really look 160 if you're 230 and -- by your own story -- too heavy to ride a bike.When I be 15 1/2 I weighed 245 lbs. I wasn't comfortable jog in public (well, hell, I'm still not). Jogging in place get old and treadmills are lately ridiculous (who invents a machine designed to agree to you walk? I'm pretty sure quality patented that a while ago). Find a heavier-duty bike -- I found one that held up fine and I know there are even stronger ones out nearby. You can also try jogging at hours of darkness if you live in a sheltered neighborhood.
But the most crucial thing is a short time ago watching what you eat. You know what to cut out, merely do it. I lost 65 lbs and if I can, you can too.
