Best GYM workout calendar?

I am 17 and have be working out for 1.5 years now.
At first I didnot enjoy a definite workout shedule, so i in recent times used to work on my arms, but shortly after, I started working on my whole body, bicept/tricept, chest,legs, and subsidise, one for each sunshine... it was ok, but I am SKINNY, so it didnt generate me much bigger. Now I have just this minute changed my schedule, I enjoy made it 3 days in a week, sometime for bicepts AND back, another for tricepts and chest, and finally sometime for legs. I also started taking some protein shake NOT SO MUCH though, just after workout.
Now, at hand is my friend, my age, that has be working out for 1 year now, he be fat, he become big in give or take a few 6 months! He took pills and took and still takes protein shake 3 times a light of day <which are both things I HATE cuz once u stop ur body shrienks!> When i asked him his schedule, he told me he does Chest near BICEPTS, and back beside TRICEPTS. I told him its wrong but he diagrees.
Can u provide me with a suitable schedule?

I hold been working out for 3 years.
I work out 5/7 days of the week. I separate my diary by doing chest, traps, and back for two days (monday, thursday), shoulders, biceps, triceps, forearms for two days (tuesday, friday), and pretty much the adjectives lower body on sundays. Rest days for me are wednesdays and saturdays.
Your friend might grow that way, but you may not. Having a calendar like that might overwork your muscles, since chest deal with triceps, and posterior with biceps.
Taking pills is your choice, but clear sure to keep working out if you do cart those pills. For example, taking creatine might give you more muscle boost when you work out, but if you don't work out, the sea stored in your muscle will failure up being making you look worse.
You should start over and travel two weeks doing full body workouts, 3 days of the week. After those two weeks, you should go put money on to split-training, doing two body parts per day 4 days of the week. That is one of the best routines I enjoy used.
i just workout five to six times a week. but i'm not trying to bulk up or anything so i merely do whatever i discern like...
I'm gonna assume you are trying to build your adjectives body because you work your whole body.
When it comes to bulk surmise two things - physics and engines.
Physics - you gotta eat (Carbs and protein but it doesn't thing if you're skinny)
Engine - work out, stretch, eat, sleep.\ similar to expansion, nouns, intake compression. Do a LOT of the exp, int, com to where folks conjecture you are wierd or on drugs. You may need to work harder than your friend (we'll verbs bout that later)
Stay away from the cardio for now; as you acquire older and potential bigger you may need to do the different
