I have a big pimple approaching thing on my scrotum.It is kinda glowing and whitish!! I have have it for about six to ten months immediately!!Im starting to worry in the region of it now!!What can this be??

Sounds as though it could be a sebaceous cyst-caused by blockage of sweat gland. In itself it is nought to worry almost.They sometimes can become infected.
I suggest see your doctor. They sometimes can be cut out. It does not affect the testes
