A pathological condition of a part, organ, or system of an organism resulting from varied causes, such as infection, genetic fault, or environmental stress, and characterized by an identifiable group of signs or symptoms.
A condition or tendency, as of society, regard as abnormal and lethal.

It certainly does not stumble upon the first definition, and the second is only a thing of opinion--while most people would out loud say masterbation is irregular or harmful, they don't pause to practice it!
