Deflating muscles?


I work out a lot. I am 16 years behind the times with a stage of 5'7 and a weight of around 140lbs. I used to be terrifically skinny and I gained a bunch of counterweight from weight gainers. I am immediately taking whey protein and creatine, and my arms were pretty big for a while. I stopped lifting and stopped taking my shakes and I get the impression like I enjoy deflated to my skinny self. I even lose 5 lbs when I don't lift weights. I enjoy a month to go till university starts, and I want to bulk up a little. Any suggestions?
