Skinny and strong?
I am 14 skinny and want to be like one of the other guys within weight training class.
He is skinny near minimal body fat and looks extraordinarily scrawny but is stronger than most of the other guys and he is 14 also and within his arms and legs he has 3d vein 24/7.
But I dont want to look big and buff like the NFL guys.
I want to stay skinny and be strong is.
Is here a way to become approaching him, or what did he do to be like how he is. And he does not bring steroids.

Ok man, I'm twice your age. I've always be a fairly skinny guy, but yeah, I can hold my own. I remember those days at 14, a short time ago like you are have. So here's what I've found:
The vein within the arms and legs thing, that's inheritance, you can't really help that too much. When you lift up, your veins will "pop" a bit from the exertion and increased blood flow. However, for guys close to you and me, that cool 3d vein piece really won't last much more than all along our workouts. Either you have it or you don't. BTW, chicks don't come across to like vein if that has anything to do near this.
As for being strong, you can totally still be strong, and you can be skinny and own muscles. At your age though, don't overdue it. I know the urge is there, but seriously pinch caution because you can stunt your growth! Then you'll be small forever, so, is it worth it??
My direction, do some lifting to stay in shape, and increase your lifting as you get a bit elder. It may sound crazy, but purely doing repititions and sets of flexing will help. Good luck!

You want vein to look strong on your legs?? That's ugly. I don't how skinny you are, but from adjectives the boys I know when your age, they were adjectives pretty skinny but then presently they all grew to "skinny, strong near 3d veins." They did not exercises at adjectives. So in reality no matter how heaps exercises you do now, won't affect how you look right away; probably, wait until you grew elder.

Believe me, it is not as easy to become"buff" as you ponder it is.Perform compound movements(squats, dead-lifts,military press)
Also try out hard bodyweight exercises(handstand's,handstan... push-ups, other gymnastic moves etc.)
