i m doing body building. i m gaining muscle size as expected and satisfied next to that but i dont have muscularity and sharpness within body.plz suggest me.i dont believe in suppliments,suggest me colloquial way.may be shedule or diet.....any article.and also i want proper abs.

Daily 20 to 30 minute sessions. I would suggest after your counterbalance routine. I would have a protein shake right after the cargo session (though you said you don't use supplements), and then commander over to the cardio machines...treadmill, elliptical, or bike.
