How to remove pimples from penis?

I have several depressing red, raised, pimples on my scrotum and one on the penis itself. These are the result of electrical burns. They be caused by an indiscreet attempt 7 years ago to have an electrologist wipe out the hairs growing on my penis. They are not going away, they own been near for years.

Is there a passageway I can remove these pimples? I've thought about going to a dermatologist and have him cut them off, but would a bit not, because it would embarrass both me and the doctor; also I live in a foreign country where on earth the doctors probably don't speak good English.

I be wondering if I could:

a) Apply a topical anesthetic and cut the pimples off myself;
b) remove them next to some kind of penetrating chemical, like a wart remover, gradually
c) conceivably squeezing them will cause them to break and restore to health in a flat blotch?

I'd much rather own small flat scars than these pimples. Someone who doesn't know would reflect on they were an STD

OUCH! I chew over you should see a dermatologist, they might be able to bequeath you a cream or something.. honestly doing it yourself could cause some most important damage to yourself, which could be impossible to fix... and not a soul wants a unexpected looking penis.. Cutting of any kind should be AVOIDED at adjectives costs, and using a wart remover would be extremely painful (unless you hold no nerves on your penis). Wart removers sting since they contain acid and they are painful on anything other than a wart.
